Muromachi Microwave Fixation system
原理與特色:
1. 用微波加熱的方式使得神經(jīng)組織內(nèi)的酶(ENZYME)去活性,以避免死后變化
(post-mortem changes)持續(xù)進(jìn)展。
2. 此法比用冷凍固定法要來得好:冷凍法需要10-90秒做深入冷凍去活性,這段
期間,深部組織的死后變化(post-mortem changes)已經(jīng)在進(jìn)行,因腦表面
的熱傳導(dǎo)轉(zhuǎn)差。微波法可在更短的時間內(nèi)完全去活性。

微波固化可以達(dá)到下列標(biāo)準(zhǔn):
1. 可將溫度升至75-90攝氏度,使腦部快速固定。
2. 微波能量可有效集中在動物的頭部。
3. 各種動物間都可以達(dá)到相同的結(jié)果。
4. 對操作人員具備嚴(yán)格的保護(hù),此設(shè)備相當(dāng)簡單**
5. CE認(rèn)證,國際規(guī)定家用微波設(shè)備微波泄漏不得超越5毫瓦/立方厘米,
我們的設(shè)備**標(biāo)準(zhǔn)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)低于此,不超過1毫瓦/立方厘米。
